Draft Privacy Policy
Draft revised November 1, 2026. English only. Published by WellySave for wellysave.com. This draft is not in effect as a final agreement.
Information the owner must supply
These facts are blank on purpose. They are not established yet, and this draft does not guess at them. Both the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use need them before either page can be published as a final document.
- The legal name of the company that operates WellySave.
- Its state of organization.
- Its mailing address.
- The hosting provider’s name, once that contract exists.
- The mailbox provider for partners@wellysave.com. Resend delivers the contact form, and that is not a retention period.
- How long contact-form email, and other mail to partners@wellysave.com, should be kept.
Professional legal review still required
A lawyer needs to review the Draft Privacy Policy and the Draft Terms of Use, and needs to decide the items below. Until that review is complete, these pages stay drafts, stay out of the sitemap, and are not final policies.
- Governing law and venue. Both are blank on purpose.
- Which US state privacy laws apply, including whether a California notice is required.
- Whether a future product would make WellySave a HIPAA covered entity or business associate. The contact form asks people not to send health information. This draft is not a HIPAA notice.
- Where an affiliate disclosure should appear once offers exist. This website does not show offers.
- Review and approval of the Draft Privacy Policy and the Draft Terms of Use before either page is treated as final.
1. Who we are
This draft describes the public website at wellysave.com, operated under the name WellySave. Healthcare costs too much. WellySave helps you find more affordable options. The project is US-based and is still in development. Counsel must add the legal entity name, address, and any required registrations before this draft is treated as final.
2. What this draft covers
This draft covers this website only. The mobile app is coming soon and is outside this draft. There is no consumer account, membership, or waitlist on this website. If a later product collects information, this draft has to be replaced before that product is offered.
3. Information this website does not ask for
WellySave does not require an account. Do not send health information, including symptoms, diagnoses, medications, test results, images, or insurance member numbers.
Please do not send medical history, prescriptions, images of insurance cards, Social Security numbers, or payment card numbers. Emailing WellySave does not create a relationship with a doctor, clinic, pharmacy, or insurer.
If you may be having a medical emergency, call 911. Do not use this website or partners@wellysave.com for urgent medical help.
4. Information you may choose to send
You can email partners@wellysave.com, or you can use the contact form. The form asks for your name, email address, an inquiry type, and a message. A company or organization is optional. Please do not include personal health information, medical records, insurance IDs, or payment details.
The form is delivered as email through Resend to partners@wellysave.com. WellySave does not store contact-form messages in its own database and does not add your address to a mailing list. Resend processes the message so it can be delivered. The mailbox that receives it may be operated by a different provider. Counsel still needs to name that mailbox provider and decide how long the email is kept. This draft does not set a retention period.
The form uses the IP address only to apply a short abuse limit. That counter is not a copy of the message. WellySave does not use the form for analytics or advertising.
You do not have to contact us to read the public pages. There is no account.
5. Information collected automatically
Hosting a website normally creates technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, date and time, and the page requested. Those logs are used to operate and protect the site. This version of the website does not add its own analytics or advertising product. Resend delivers contact-form email. A hosting provider, and the provider that hosts the partners mailbox, may process logs and messages under their own terms. Counsel should name the hosting and mailbox providers.
6. Cookies
This version of the website does not set analytics cookies or advertising cookies. A hosting provider may use a cookie that is strictly necessary to deliver or secure the site. We do not use cookies to build a marketing profile.
7. How we use information
We use the limited information above to:
- publish and protect the website
- read and answer email and contact-form messages you send us
- understand partnership inquiries
- meet legal duties that actually apply to us
We do not sell personal information. This website does not show third-party advertising, and it does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
8. Other websites
The site may link to other organizations in the future, including partners that fulfill care or take checkout. No partner offers are linked from this version. A site we link to has its own privacy practices. WellySave does not control those practices.
9. How long information is kept
WellySave does not operate a consumer account database. Contact-form messages are not kept in a WellySave database. They are sent as email. Email is kept long enough to handle the conversation and any legal obligation that applies, and then deleted or de-identified when it is reasonable to do so. This draft does not set the number of days. Counsel and the mailbox provider need to set that period before this policy is final.
10. Security
We use ordinary commercial hosting and access controls appropriate to a public marketing site. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. That is one reason this site asks you not to send health information.
11. Children
This website is a general-audience explanation of a product in development. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has emailed us personal information, write to partners@wellysave.com so we can delete it.
12. United States privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have a right to ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you sent us, and a right to appeal a denial. Email partners@wellysave.com with the subject “Privacy request.” We will need enough detail to find the message, and we will not ask you to send health information in order to do that.
Counsel must confirm which state laws apply, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, and must add any required notices before this section is final. This draft is not an admission that a particular statute applies.
13. Changes
A final policy, or a later draft, will replace this page. The revised date at the top will change. If a future product starts collecting new categories of information, we will describe that before collecting it.
14. Contact
Privacy questions about this website: partners@wellysave.com. This mailbox is also the public contact while the product is in development.
Draft status: Draft. This is a draft for discussion. It has not been reviewed or approved by a lawyer and is not a final policy. Do not rely on it as legal, medical, or insurance advice.
